this is the ruffled halter from Oliver + S found in stitch magazine (spring 2010 issue)
made with cotton fabric - pink with white polka dots, she (& i) like it, the sz 3T/4T fits perfect :)i would for sure sew another one... red & white gingham ? ... linen ?
