Hi Rachel, I just wanted to say how much I love reading your blog. Its incredibly inspirational, so well written and your work is second to none. Pure joy. I have a small ambition this year to be able to make the Olver + S Fairy tale dress by the end of this year... will see if it actually happens. (My daughter doesn't actually like wearing dresses :-( ..)
Much like you I anxiously anticipate the 2nd series of GBSB.. I have the book and its really encouraged me this year.
Any how, wishing you a very happy new year... and I cant wait to see what you make next !
Best regards, Georgina

Sorry I cannot help you with locating the basketball net nightstand and head board. The people who put together the Ideas House made them, I just visited the house and took photos. All the best to you.

Hi Rachel,
Love the pink tulle valance! Do you have a tutorial or pattern?

Unfortunately I don't have a tutorial or pattern (I was just a visitor to the Ideas House and took photos). They did use runner fabric which is what's used for aisle runners for weddings, hope that helps :)
Dear Rachel - I've followed your blog for a long time! I love to sew for my 5-year-old daughter. On a different sewing blog, I noticed that you plan to make the Antoinette dress. I would like very much to use that pattern, but it seems difficult to get one's hands on it - has it been discontinued? In particular, I like the pockets.
Do you know where I can get the Antoinette pattern, or a tutorial for how to create those pockets?
Many thanks!
Jeannie

Hi Rachel! I have not been on your blog for a while and I realize how much I have missed. You are so talented and I really enjoy all your posts!! Thanks for sharing your talents with the world!
Dear Rachel,
My name is Lieve and I live in Belgium. I'm crazy about the Antoinette dress. The pattern is no longer for sale so now I'm desperately searching for the pattern... and than I saw your georges Antoinette. Can I get the pattern from you??? I would be very thankful!!! No problem if I need to pay for it.
Kind regards
Lieve

I just emailed it ~ hope you got it :)
I am interested in possibly using the Purple Party Dress pattern (drop waist jumper) to make an outfit for my Etsy shop. I am not positive that I will, but I am asking your permission to use this pattern in case I do decide to do this.

Jumper patterns -- that I like ;) -- are SO difficult for me to find!

Thank you so much.
Hi Rachel, I was looking for a contact email address for you but couldn't find one on your blog. Would you possibly email me? I want to talk about your 2011 Spring Ideas House post.

Can you send me a link to an old posting on using jump ropes to display children's artwork?

I did a search, but unfortunately, I couldn't find it :(
Hi Rachel, I was wondering if you'd be willing to sew something to sell? I saw your knock-off of the Marie Chantal dress and love it. Please let me know if there's a way I can reach you directly. Thank you

Hi Rachel, could you please tell me which pattern you used for the Scandinavian Christmas dress made with the place mat for the yoke?
My 3 year old Danish granddaughter will be with us for Christmas this year in Australia, and I would like to make one for her :)

cheers,
Denise
Hi Rachel,
I am wanting to make the Lucia dress and your blog post does not include page 36 which has the collar. I would be most appreciative if you could email a photo of it to me.

Thanks!

Hi Rachel,

I love your blog.
Where can I find the tulle fabric / runner for that adorable pink tutu valance?

Or, can I buy this from someone who can make for me?

Thanks,

Julie
