elsie marley's kids clothes week challenge motivated me to attack my list of clothing items i've been wanting to sew for my kids. i was wondering what i could sew out of these 11-14 inch fabrics & decided they would become lazy days skirts:

the first one was made with:
red Russian nesting doll fabric from Denmark that i got in a swap
& red ribbon i bought at a Scandinavian shop

the second was made with:
red/pink/orange/black on white floral Marimekko fabric (from Finland) that i got in a swap
& some red grosgrain ribbon i bought at the local fabric/craft store

the third one was made with:
lemon fabric called "juicy" from the Alexander Henry fabrics collection i bought at the local fabric/craft store
& lovely yellow & orange floral vintage ribbon i was happy to discovered at a vintage shop
